Authorship and Contribution Policy
Authors are individuals who have made a significant contribution to the research, writing, presentation, and revision of the manuscript in accordance with the Contributor Roles Taxonomy (CRediT), and without whom the publication of this research would not have been possible. Authors are required to specify the contribution or role of each co-author in their submission, following the form available in the Author Guidelines.
Each author must read and approve the submitted manuscript. Authors are expected to:
- Have made substantial contributions to the conception or design of the work; or the acquisition, analysis, or interpretation of data, or creation of new software used in the work; or have drafted the work or have substantially reviewed it.
- Have approved the sent version (and any other modified version that involves the contribution of the author to the study);
- Have accepted to be personally responsible for their own contributions and to ensure that questions related to the accuracy or integrity of any part of the work, even those in which the author did not personally participate, are properly investigated, resolved, and documented in the literature.
The authors should be listed in the previously agreed-upon order and must provide the following information:
- Name (It is recommended that authors use the same author name format throughout their scientific publications, for example, the name registered in ORCID)
- E- mail address Dirección de correo electrónico.
- Affiliation, including the city and country associated with the affiliation.
- Author 's ORCID iD.
- Brief narrative biography.
The author who submits the manuscript and uploads the associated documents to the journal’s platform is considered the corresponding author and is responsible for all correspondence throughout the entire editorial process. Accordingly, the submission is understood to constitute the consent of all authors, and all authors must agree to maintain these conditions until a final decision is made regarding the acceptance or rejection of the manuscript for publication.
- A) Group authorship
The journal accepts a maximum of five authors per article. If a manuscript includes more than five authors, the corresponding author must provide a well-substantiated justification explaining the reasons for the additional authorship. This justification will be evaluated by the editorial team to determine its appropriateness.
A group or team of authors should only be listed as co-authors if it meets the aforementioned criteria. Individual authors who collectively constitute the group must have made significant contributions to the research and preparation of the manuscript. Otherwise, the group or its individual members should be appropriately acknowledged in the Acknowledgements section. If the group meets the criteria for co-authorship, a list of all individuals must be provided, together with their respective contributions and primary affiliations.
- B) Contributors Colaboradores
The corresponding author is responsible for including as authors all individuals who meet the authorship criteria.
Contributors who do not meet the authorship criteria must be appropriately acknowledged in the Acknowledgements section of the article.
- C) Funding sources
Authors must disclose the sources of funding for the research underlying the submitted manuscript. They must specify the funding entity or individual and, where applicable, the corresponding funding reference number or identifier.
