The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of avocado seed ashes (CSP), peach (CSD) and sisal fiber (FS) on the geotechnical properties of clayey soils, seeking to determine their viability as stabilizing additives in sustainable road applications. The tests performed included plasticity tests, compaction by the modified Proctor method and bearing capacity evaluated through the California bearing ratio (CBR). In the plasticity results, the plasticity index (PI) was reduced by up to 15%, which demonstrated the effectiveness of the additives in reducing expansion and improving soil cohesion. For compaction, the maximum dry density (MDS) reached a value of 1.83 g/cm³ with an optimum moisture content (OH) of 16.2%, showing an improvement in the internal cohesion of the soil. Finally, regarding bearing capacity, the CBR values showed a maximum increase up to 21.6% at 100% of Proctor MDS, which validates the efficiency of the additives to increase soil strength under load. In conclusion, the results obtained support the application of CSP, CSD and FS as additives that improve the plasticity, compaction and bearing capacity of clayey soils, offering a technically and environmentally sustainable alternative for road infrastructures through the use of agroindustrial by-products.
